Mae Armstead is a North Carolina and South Carolina licensed real estate broker who brings more than 30 years of sales and customer-service experience to every client relationship. After a successful career in sales leadership, she joined her family’s real estate business, combining proven communication and negotiation skills with local market knowledge to help buyers and sellers move forward confidently.

Known for her honesty, integrity, patience, and respect, Mae takes time to listen and understand what matters most to each client. Her adaptable, thorough, and detail-oriented approach helps clients feel informed and supported throughout the real estate process. Clients appreciate her straightforward communication and trust that she will always keep their best interests at the center of every decision.

Before entering real estate, Mae earned recognition as District Manager of the Year, received Manager of the Year honors three consecutive years, and achieved top sales performance. She is actively involved with Asian American and Filipino American communities throughout the Carolinas and volunteers at St. Matthew Church.

Outside of real estate, Mae enjoys spending time with her five grandbabies, baking, making jewelry, creating handmade blankets, and working on pearl art. She also speaks Tagalog.
