Co-founded by Tristan and James Armstead, Armstead Realty Group has proudly served the Greater Charlotte area for more than a decade. The company rebranded as Armstead Realty Group in 2019, building upon its established experience with a renewed commitment to honest guidance, exceptional service, and lasting client relationships.

James brings more than 20 years of real estate experience, offering clients deep market knowledge and a seasoned perspective. Tristan combines more than a decade of real estate experience with a professional background in finance and supply chain management. After working as a supply chain analyst, he shifted his focus to real estate in 2015, driven by a passion for helping people make informed, confident decisions about their homes and investments.

Together, James and Tristan pair experience with thoughtful analysis to simplify complex real estate decisions and provide guidance their clients can trust.
